This is the only place I go to buy my shampoo & conditioner. The staff are so friendly, they have an amazing selection & their prices are way better than other retailers.

I went there to get my eyebrows and forehead done. The lady who worked on me was friendly, and I clearly mentioned that I have sensitive skin. Unfortunately, she was still very rough during the service, which left me with bumps and pimples all around my eyebrows afterward. However, the girl who usually works there from nepal and wears a mask is good. I've had a much better experience with her, as she is gentle and careful during the service. I called ahead to get my eyebrows done and was told to come in at 5:30. When I arrived, I was then told they close at 6 and couldn’t take me. The eyebrow technician explained that the owner refuses to pay staff after 6, so she’s unable to take clients past that time even if they were told to come in. The owner was extremely rude and yelled at me, even though I came at the exact time I was told. I’ve been coming here for years, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing.
