I had a positive experience at the store this morning. I called before open, I spoke with the manager who was very kind and advised me about a certain product availability. I went to the store and was greeted by an extremely friendly person. Her and her colleague were very nice and they helped me find the product I was searching for! The price was very fair. Now I don’t need to go to mississauga for my Jojoba Crystal Wax! Thanks. This store has other products I will be coming back for.

I would like to shout out a huge kudos to Angelica, a lovely young lady who’s got the patience of a saint. I went to the Beauty Supply store a few weeks ago looking for a certain product and Angelica was amazing in finding the info about what would be the best fit for me, a cap for making it easier to wear a wig, and also recommended hair products for my hair. I go here occasionally for threading, usually it’s great but got my eyebrows nicked today during my appointment. I didn’t notice until I was in the car. I’m disappointed the employee didn’t say anything to me about it at all. I find it hard to believe that she didn’t see it happen while doing my brows :(
