I would like to shout out a huge kudos to Angelica, a lovely young lady who’s got the patience of a saint. I went to the Beauty Supply store a few weeks ago looking for a certain product and Angelica was amazing in finding the info about what would be the best fit for me, a cap for making it easier to wear a wig, and also recommended hair products for my hair. I go here occasionally for threading, usually it’s great but got my eyebrows nicked today during my appointment. I didn’t notice until I was in the car. I’m disappointed the employee didn’t say anything to me about it at all. I find it hard to believe that she didn’t see it happen while doing my brows :(
This place is very unsanitary for waxing, please do not come. I took my friend to get waxed and they put the same stick in the wax pot which is highly unsanitary.
