Watch your bill when you cash out… Prices on the bottles not the same as the computer cash out.. Was charged more. Customer service….wow..not very professional at all, definitely not inviting either. Definitely won’t return.

Love the amount of supplies they have and the lady at the counter is also very friendly and informative
I had to return/exchange a damaged product and the worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend it. I would rate my experience -2 stars if I could.
Customer service is not the best. The lady kept giving me rude looks when I was just browsing. Customers should not be pressured to ask for help if not needed, as some of us just want to choose our own products to purchase in peace. I finally gave in and just asked for help since she looked like she didn't want me touching shampoo bottles, which I was only doing to look at ingredient lists as I am sensitive to certain cosmetic ingredients.
