I WAS a customer of this and the Brampton location for the past 30 years. Imagine my disappointment in the customer service that I recieved on Nov 1, 2025 when I called to order my usual Tea Tree shampoo/conditioner in litre bottles only to be told they didn't have it in that size. I asked if they could order it for me - then the female staff told me maybe in December when the person who orders will be in!!!!
