Untrustworthy! Recommended a color for a pack of $128.00 hair clip extensions. When I got home in the light it didnt match. I immediately called and was told I could return it. When I arrived 20 minutes later, the owner was gone and the lady there stated I couldnt return or exchange it. A very shady business as they knew I was from Virgina visiting my Mom in NC and was leaving the next day.
