The owners are nice and helpful when asking them questions and stuff, the prices are also very reasonable . Doesn’t feel like they’re like following you or watching you lol.
I called to ask if they carried 10 volume developer and the woman’s answer was “we don’t carry that brand , sorry” and hung up. I didn’t ask about a brand, just a general hair beauty question about what they carry. I won’t waste my time even going into the store to look
