Very disappointed with my experience here. I was quoted $75 for a BIAB infill, but they tried to charge me $80, claiming that three of my nails were damaged. The quality of the service was extremely poor. The BIAB was applied far too thickly and wasn’t properly filed or shaped down, leaving the overall finish looking messy and uneven. After 2 days of having my nails done one of them has broken already, as they are flimsy, I have tried to contact them on 2 occassioms now and I have been left on read twice.
I’ve had my nails done twice here just gel polish on my toes, the first experience was okay however my big toe nail was ripped off by the gel, I originally didn’t say anything as it could’ve just been an accident. I’ve had my nails redone by beauty stop and the lady doing my toes originally was very nice, but then she stopped doing my feet and tried getting someone else to come finish- which 2 people weren’t doing anything.
