Great service and very professional
Hi, I had a pedicure done at your salon today. However, the pedicure was not done properly — the previous nail polish was not fully removed, and the polish on my little toe has already peeled off completely. I am really disappointed and unhappy with the service. I always come to your salon for pedicures and have never experienced anything like this before. The cleaning and service used to be very good and satisfactory, but today’s service did not meet my expectations at all. I hope this can be looked into and resolved.

Had my nails done with Sns last week and they are already chipping and cracking a week later I went back and had one repaired yesterday and paid $5 only for another one to chip and crack today. Usually sns lasts me 4 weeks and I only need to have it removed due to growth. Very disappointing 😞
