Although the phones didn’t work due to Cox Communications issues, the salon still reached out to me regarding my appointment. I made an appointment 6 months in advance to have my hair styled for an event I was attending. The woman that was supposed to do my hair bumpped me to someone that had only been working for a month. I was less than impressed. First, she didn't bother to put a cape over my clothing so I left with hair spray all over my neck and dress. She put so much hair spray on me that I looked like I had not washed my hair in weeks. There were bumps in my hair and when I asked her to fix it, her response was a simple "no".
