I had an appointment with Natalia a while ago, and she did a fantastic job. Truly one of the best manicures I’ve had. That’s why I booked again. Unfortunately, the second appointment never happened. It was canceled just a few hours before, on the same day, which is extremely frustrating, especially since I also have a job and a life to plan around.
