I used to come here all the time for years and never had a problem. Within the last couple months I came up there and I needed help looking for an item. I was trying to describe it and I have a slight stutter so it takes a while to get to the point. I start with “there’s this product” and the worker proceeds to say “okay?” In an annoyed voice. Will not be coming back.

I bought the same pack of hair twice and was charged $3 more for one of the packs i bought. For literally the same pack of hair. The orignal price for both packs was $16.99 each. I look at my receipt and i see one pack was rung up for 19.99 while the other one was for $16.99. This place is ridiculously expensive and they’re also clearly scamming people.
They had more than I anticipated, it was open early on Sunday AND had hair I needed. They had a new brand. It was $2.99 a pack vs $7.99 for name brand. It worked just fine. Definitely my new go to
Very helpful always have what u looking for. Reasonable prices.
