ALL OF THERE HOT HEADS EXTENTIONS ARE 100% awful! I had to do a warranty claim! I then got my new hair sent directly to my stylist and it was perfect! Went back to beauty solutions to get new hair to see if that was a bad batch maybe… nope SAME NASTY issue. Now I’m going to have to do another warranty claim and pay my stylist to take and reinstall new hair once again!

Maylene was INCREDIBLE! We were surprised by how knowledgeable she was about the products here, but we were most especially surprised by how she connected her experience with our needs. Highly Reccomend.
