So I've been purchasing Kevin Murphy through beauty solutions since 2018. From the beginning it's been like a hectic show with them. The person who's supposed to help me get deliveries for the Kevin Murphy is always changing they never call it message back,and I have to be continually reaching out to them. ALL OF THERE HOT HEADS EXTENTIONS ARE 100% awful! I had to do a warranty claim! I then got my new hair sent directly to my stylist and it was perfect! Went back to beauty solutions to get new hair to see if that was a bad batch maybe… nope SAME NASTY issue. Now I’m going to have to do another warranty claim and pay my stylist to take and reinstall new hair once again!
