I saw the bad reviews for this store before coming but it is close to me and I knew exactly what I needed and was prepared for the worst but it was the complete opposite experience and as soon as I walked in the door, the girl at the front desk greated me and was very friendly, upbeat, and helpful!
Currently sitting outside of the store and its 10:18am. The store says it is suppose to open at 10am. Unprofessional!!!!!!
I won’t be returning to this hair store. On both of my visits, there were two young women working who came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. One employee was having a loud, inappropriate phone conversation using profanity and completely ignoring customers as they walked in. When I asked for help reaching some hair, the response I got was, “Are you sure?” said in a way that made it clear she was bothered by the request.
