I really wanted to love this place because it’s one of the only beauty supply stores in the immediate area. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times and asked questions about products that I would consider fairly common knowledge in the beauty supply industry, only to be met with blank stares or a lack of helpful information. And this is why its hard to support black owned establishments i see hair thats one price get up there to pay only to see she rewrote another price while putting the hair. In the bag in the back. Everything in there is way over priced try to be supportive only to try and scam me like I wouldn't notice you rewrote the price. Then added 9.25 dollars tax and tell me o I gave you a 2 dollar discount...ummm no you didnt. You rung it up it came out to 49.50 then. I said something it changed to 42 dollars. Yesterday, I pulled up to Beautiful Snobs on Saturday (June 5th) at 6:30 PM, exactly 30 minutes before closing. The sign on the door said “Open,” so I got out and walked up, only to find the door locked and the sign changed to “Closed.” Someone was still inside walking around. This has happened before, and it’s very frustrating to waste time and gas driving way across town, to visit a non-black owned beauty supply store, just because Beauty Snob’s posted business hours are not being honored, yet once again.
