I had such a great experience at Beauty Snobs Beauty Supply today! The store recently came under new ownership, and I had the chance to meet the owners. They are such a sweet, welcoming, and personable couple, and you can tell they truly care about their customer's experience. 1-STAR REVIEW — BEAUTY SNOB ENERGY Yesterday, the attitude from the second me and my mom walked in was RIDICULOUS. I really wanted to love this place because it’s one of the only beauty supply stores in the immediate area. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times and asked questions about products that I would consider fairly common knowledge in the beauty supply industry, only to be met with blank stares or a lack of helpful information. And this is why its hard to support black owned establishments i see hair thats one price get up there to pay only to see she rewrote another price while putting the hair. In the bag in the back. Everything in there is way over priced try to be supportive only to try and scam me like I wouldn't notice you rewrote the price. Then added 9.25 dollars tax and tell me o I gave you a 2 dollar discount...ummm no you didnt. You rung it up it came out to 49.50 then. I said something it changed to 42 dollars.
