I recently started going to Lash Therapy in Keyport, and had my lashes done by Jackie, the owner. She is incredibly nice, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The whole experience is relaxing, and you can tell she’s extremely precise and detail-oriented with her work. This was my first time getting my lashes done at Lash Therapy Keyport and it was an amazing experience. Place is beautiful and relaxing, and talented Jackie with her magic touch turn my lashes into pure excitement. I highly recommend her !

Booked with Jackie for her fall offer and she rescheduled my appointment two days before and asked me to come in the next day instead. It was my first time getting lashes—one eye ended up glued shut, and she blamed me for twitching, even though she never mentioned it once during the whole process. She then spent 20+ minutes sighing heavily, being rude, and blaming me while trying to unglue my eye. She said she’d check in after three days but never did. I skipped my free fill and wouldn’t return.
