I went to Margaret Wingate for an electrolysis consultation and felt uncomfortable with the way she addressed my trans identity. When I politely corrected her on terminology, she became defensive and made it clear that she didn't want to discuss it further, and said I should find another provider. I left feeling unwelcome and concerned about how this business treats the LGBTQ+ community. Based on my experience, I feel this business is unsafe and would not recommend it.
