First time ever to order from your shop. My order arrived in a box inside a box. No indication that what was inside might be of concern to the shipper to avoid heat. So, my box looked fine from the outside. However my order was in a smaller box inside the bigger shipping box and everything was covered in melted lotion and oily wax. I unwrapped everything and wiped off the wax and oils and of course the plastic containers were fine, but none of the beauty stones or lotion bars made it. I was really dissappointed. Ashley and Beauty Shop Bellaire really are true gems. I was so excited when the shop opened a few years ago and I have been a loyal customer ever since because of Ashley’s genuine care for her customers. She really listens to what you need and suggests products that could help. It’s so nice to be able to go into a store and test products on your own skin without having to go to an Ulta or Sephora or trust buying a product online without ever using it.
