I had gone to cut my hair and I had asked the lady to cut it just a bit below my shoulders. She did not give me what I had clearly asked for, instead, she had cut it up to my neck and to make it even worse she added layers which only made my hair look puffy and like I had less hair. I think she was distracted talking to her coworker or something.
