We purchased a steam shower from Beauty Saunas as we wanted to deal with a Canadian company. Though we purchased the steam shower 3 years ago we had trouble with one of the shower doors coming off the runner right from the start . Called customer service several times and were told how to fix it but time and time again it pops out of the tracks.This is very frustrating as we paid over 5k for this shower. They have never offered to send out another door or have someone service it. Edges are now starting to peel off the door. ... read more
