Salon owner doesn’t know how to talk to grown adults with respect and she will watch and listen to you on the camera. Thats why people book and don’t return. Even my clients have pointed out that some of the things that her and her husband have said in front of them should’ve been addressed in private. She added hidden fees that were not stated online & when I spoke up, she offered a refund “if I didn’t like her rules”, by the time I requested my refund, she said the offer was no longer on the table.
