While I appreciate the time and effort that goes into providing salon services, I found the overall interaction to be less positive than expected. During my appointment, Kelley’s demeanor came across as somewhat dismissive, which made it difficult to feel fully comfortable expressing my preferences. After a decade, I switched stylists to stay local and close to home. To be honest, I was terrified!! But relieved, ecstatic really at the end of my color and cut. Chanda did an amazing job on both and the salon is absolutely gorgeous.

Melissa Bonine is a great stylist at the Beauty Room. She is an expert in not only the styling but also the after care of customer service. She works with you on all your preferences while at the same time, interjecting her experienced suggestions. You walk out knowing that your haircut & style is to your complete & total satisfaction.

I had such a great experience with Chanda at The Beauty Room! She was absolutely fabulous. She took the time to explain what would and wouldn’t work best for my hair, which I really appreciated. Not only did I leave with hair I love, but the conversation was great and the salon itself is super cute and welcoming. I’m so happy with the end result. 10/10 recommend Chanda!
