Not a good experience when I was there last payed an overpriced fee to get my hair toned a few weeks ago my hair was pretty light I wanted to cancel out some warm tones( there wasn’t that much) and I left insanely grey it wasn’t what I wanted at all I have short hair (nearly a bob) vary blond hair and did not want to be grey it was patchy just overall not nice
Went in for colour touch up, and she pretty much just slapped it on my head, had color on my ears and face afterwards. Still had grey hairs showing after. Had my hair trimmed, it’s not even, and it does not look good at all. Been here before a few times never had any issues, I will NEVER go here again. I also found the price high for a touch up and trim on medium length hair.
Super friendly staff, asked to have my hair layered and trimmed to blend my extensions with my natural hair better and received exactly what I asked for:) will be back!
