Would like to give 0 zero . Book an appointment for threading at 5:30pm. Went there and the girl who is working there said she is with the customer and I need to wait for 10-15 mins . I am typing this review at 6:10pm annd and still waiting for my appointment from last 40mins . They don’t care about the customer timings . Very disappointed with the service . Wanted to give one advice if you are not available please do not book appointment . Tell straight to the customer to come at different timing

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! The haircut was exactly what I wanted — clean, stylish, and done with great attention to detail by Rimmi. The threading service was equally impressive — quick, precise, and gentle done by Manjeet . The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. If you're looking for a salon in the city that delivers great results for both haircuts and threading, this is the place to go! Highly recommended 😍

Worst service ever. i went there yesterday for simple eyebrow service and got home with painful cuts between my eyebrows . That lady was extremely unprofessional rushed through the process with no care or safety. Eyebrow threading should never result in any visible injury. She needs much more training and standards. Disappointed and upset . Concerned for anyone else who might expecting good service. Never going back again of course and caution to everyone think twice before trusting them.
