I had been coming here for a few years, and while they do have a big selection of hair and other items, the customer service is always TERRIBLE! I've noticed with their customers, who seem to be mainly black people (including myself) come in, the managers follow them around, speak in aggressive tones, and are never polite or kind to customers. The young boy needs to learn to talk to people with respect. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Every person matters. Won’t be ever returning to a place where I don’t feel welcomed. Appreciate all business.
