I booked a scar tattoo consult & paid the mandatory deposit. The appt was then canceled bc of issues at the shop. I tried rebooking several times as well as requesting a refund of my deposit for a service I never received. I was never once responded to. Terrible way to do business, let alone in a small town.
Horrible experience.
