Missed an appointment, which was fully paid for. Cutt. Off. Had my eye brows microbladed , and it looks like they were drawn on with a Crayola. The picture I chose at the clinic, does not represent what was done. The touch-ups....which are much needed..... were told would be free of charge, however, will not answer or respond to me because of said missed, PAID for, appointment. However, she can cancel on you last minute no problem. They do a decent job there, however need to rethink how to treat very loyal well paying client... read more

I used to get my lashes done here but I decided to get a sugaring done. I made a consult appointment, it was all good to go. I showed up for my sugaring appointment, was directed to get ready (take my pants and underwear off because it was a Brazilian) as I'm sitting there half naked in a towel, the esthetician comes back in and says I cannot do the sugaring because of medication I take. This happened in early 2023 but I still think about that and how embarrassing it was to be half naked at an appointment that shouldn't have... read more
