After I made an appointment with them, they emailed me weeks later saying sorry they can't do my makeup, after I confirmed multiple times. I had to quickly find another makeup artist. I'm glad it wasn't for my wedding, I would hate to get cancelled on last minute. So unprofessional. They also took over 2 days to respond to all emails during correspondence. Book with them at your own risk. They shouldn't discriminate against clients- mandarin speaking or not.
