i made an appointment through their website with Lindsay to get eyelash extensions. the day of my appointment, i arrived on time and was told that Lindsay wasn’t there and no one was available to do the service. i’m guessing i spoke to the owner of the place but, she said that Lindsay was supposed to call me and reschedule and she never did. the owner (or the person running the front desk) apologized and offered me a free service of eyelash extensions with a trainee at the company. i was told they would call me in two weeks ... read more
