In late summer of 2023, I called them as my pool was having pluming issues and needed some renovation/repair. The service rep I spoke with stated that they would need to do an initial inspection of the pool before they began work - I would be charged $350 and needed to put a credit card on file before they would set up the appointment. Every phase of the project was exceptionally managed and completed. From the initial design to turning the pool over to us. Communication was great. Sheena kept us well informed of what to expect next, her and Matt made regular visits to check on progress and answer any concerns. Bob was keeping us updated and checking in throughout the project as well. Crews respected our property and completely cleaned up the property at the end of each day. Beauty Pools is absolutely a World Class operation.

Went today first time yo get my pool water tested. Great service very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a good pool place but looking for help to maintain it and they couldn’t have been more helpful ! I ended up purchasing what I needed prices were in line with other suppliers so they got my business and my thanks ! Donna K
Just had a great experience with Dave. Drove almost an hour to pick up a part that has been discontinued. He made sure someone went into the warehouse to track it down. Appreciate everyone there who took the time to make sure we left with what we needed. Great staff!
