The service and construction department are unprofessional and irresponsible. We have had issues with leaks in our raised spa and tiles falling off of our inground pool since it was installed in 2014. Every summer we open the pool and spa to find tiles falling off in the deep end and a slow leak on the outside of our spa. Typically service/construction does not get around to looking at the issue until late summer/early fall. This year has been particularly absurd. Construction was supposed to take place early spring. After many phone calls to Bob our sales person and the office, text messages and emails as well, Bob finally got back to us and told us it would be the second week of June. After that past we had put in many more phone calls, text messages and calls to the office with no one response. I had a talk with a manager and also Jay and said that Bob would call the next day. We signed a contract last year with Beauty Pools and overall there customer service and communication has been less than satisfactory. We were told that we could have the pool put in last year in the fall or be one of the first this past spring. Therefore, we thought the spring was best and asked to do it then. When we called our salesman Bob this year he assured us the pool would be dug last week of April or early May. So far nothing has happened. We had Beauty Pool install a 46 foot gunite pool in 1974 along with an included spa. We sit on the niagara escarpment and the deeper stone was removed skillfully with not dynamite. For almost 40 years our chemicals levels were checked for free and all questions were answered about pool maintainance and parts. We sold our home in 2010 and the new owner was offered a 'contiinuance contract'. We enjoyed working with Beauty Pool and recommend them with pleasurer.

I wish I could give them negative stars. They have the worst customer service. They make up prices and get away with it. I fought with them for months over them charging me for things I did not receive upon opening my pool and they would not do anything about it. They are rude. Never call back when they say they will. Some how the manager is always out and never calls back. They lost a customer of over 30 years by treating us so horrible.

My wife and I attended the 2019 Buffalo home show looking for ideas on Pergolas for our back yard project and we thought we had found the perfect pergola design in which was shown in the Beauty Pools booth. We discussed with sales people in the booth and were given the contact info. The next day I called the office and I was told someone would contact us in a few days, but never received a call. One week later called a second time and again was told that someone would get in touch with us, as of June 14 we are still waiting ... read more

Beauty Pools is a horrible company to deal with!! Terrible customer service!! Owner is NOT nice and doesn't take pride in his company!! First year we had our pool we addressed a crack in the wall that they showed no concern with. We were told that the spa would be completely tiled, but after coming out 3 TIMES to try to do it they took half of the tile out because they couldn't get it to look right. Before water was in the pool their guy spilled acid on our concrete around the spa which left black marks that the owner refuse... read more

I just had my in ground pool opened by a team of 3 gentlemen from Beauty Pools. They did an excellent job for me. It was a pleasure to have these men working together in my yard. They knew what they were doing and they were totally focused on doing their job well. It was also a pleasure to see the respect they had for each other and how well they wanted to work together as a team. I have total trust in the Beauty Pools service department.
