They literally ruined my hair, did the absolute opposite of what I wanted. In the process, she was silent, never asked me how I want, how shortly I want to cut my bangs, did everything in hurry. If I could give a zero star I would. I ask for a butterfly cut to cut one inch of my hair and the cut I had was far from it my hair was so short… I wanted to cry… because I’m going wedding dress shopping wanted to see how well it will look with my dress and the service was very horrible felt like was not a client and not valued… no welcome and no thank you… very bad service and no customer service at all .
