Customer service here is absolutely terrible. The man working there was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. An item was clearly marked with a price on the package, yet he didn’t want to sell it to me for that price. He started pulling the price off saying it was marked wrong. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he told me that “most places won’t sell it to you if the price is wrong.” I politely responded that most places actually do honor the marked price. They sell wigs but won't allow you to try it on before purchasing it. Nope, I'm not spending $100 for something that may not fit and I can't return. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
