Absolutely horrible experience. I have never been treated this poorly at a beauty salon before. The place was dirty, the owner was extremely rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. I was charged on my credit card without my approval, and instead of taking responsibility, they made the situation even worse. I had a very disappointing experience. I went in yesterday for a facial waxing service, and my skin was burned during the appointment. On top of that, I was charged more than the price I was shown when I booked my appointment, which was frustrating. The customer service was also very unprofessional. I felt pressured to leave a tip, and that made the experience even more uncomfortable. Fast, Efficient and Friendly
I haven't had my eyebrows done in a long time and decided to try beauty paramedic at the recommendation of my sister. I'm so glad I did!! I ended up getting my brows threaded and I love how they look!! The space is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!
