Walked in for the first time today, beautiful place. I stood there for 10 mins and was not even greeted. I did see staff busy doing eyebrows in the back and I respect your busy but at least a hey I'll be right with you or sorry don't have time today.

I came to Beauty Paramedic a little apprehensive about getting hair removed from my nostrils and ears, along with shaping my eyebrows but Nadia, the owner, quickly put me at ease. Nadia is amazing! I’ve been seeing her on a regular basis for a brow tint & wax and she’s always been phenomenal. I recently booked a facial with her and it was the absolute best facial I’ve ever had. She really took my skin into consideration and I left with the world’s softest and glowing skin. I cannot say nicer things about Nadia and her services!

I have filed a formal complaint against this business with The Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery. The owner lacks integrity to follow the terms of our contract. She took an unauthorized $97.18 out of my bank account and has refused to return my money. I have supported her business for over 2 years and recommended her throughout the community.
