Wow! I had the most amazing experience tonight. I had the brow experience of my lifetime. I was waxed, had cold glass balls rubbed on my eyebrows after and a brow/forehead massage… I felt like my eyebrows went to the spa. They also look amazing. I’m obsessed!

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and personality really make these experiences so positive and personal to each of her clients. Absolutely horrible experience. I have never been treated this poorly at a beauty salon before. The place was dirty, the owner was extremely rude, and the customer service was unacceptable. I was charged on my credit card without my approval, and instead of taking responsibility, they made the situation even worse. I had a very disappointing experience. I went in yesterday for a facial waxing service, and my skin was burned during the appointment. On top of that, I was charged more than the price I was shown when I booked my appointment, which was frustrating. The customer service was also very unprofessional. I felt pressured to leave a tip, and that made the experience even more uncomfortable.
