Excelllent service
I had the Winter Luxe Body Ritual this week. Chi was very professional and polite and made me feel very comfortable.
Oh my days - what an experience! Shanaya is such a professional plus she has a beautiful smile. I had the Sublime Steam followed by a 1 hour De-Stress massage and I was in heaven! I am so happy with the whole experience. The layout of the salon is simply divine plus there is onsite parking which eradicates any concerns about getting a parking ticket. I will definitely be back!
The pros of this place is efficiency due to size and staffing. I’ve had a few good experiences here but the last time I went I sat for 30 mins waiting for an appt that would usually last about 10-15 mins and eventually left as I had other appointments to get to. Something had clearly gone wrong as I’ve had phone calls before flagging a delay. The staff that I’ve met are really nice, efficient, staff know what they’re doing and their price point competitive. I was refunded but I won’t be going back.
I had my nails and pedicure done a week ago. The young girl and other staff were lovely however the shellac on my fingernails has lifted and started peeled off hasn’t even lasted a week very frustrating and annoying I had an event to attend and had to peel everything off
