I had such a wonderful experience with Shelley during my facial! She was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Shelley took the time to really listen to my skin concerns and addressed each one with care and expertise. The treatment was not only effective but also incredibly relaxing – I left feeling refreshed and glowing. She truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for her warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Wow how do I even put this into words. The way I have been treated after speaking with the Owner of Beauty on Latrobe today about my experience during a facial treatment with his Manager Shelley is appalling.
