I saw the comments and honestly thought about not going, but I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! The customer service was VERY GOOD. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, they have great prices, excellent products, and so much variety to choose from. I would definitely come back! 💕✨
I came to the store despite looking at reviews. I decided to go. I am so glad that I did! They were very helpful. I got exactly what I was looking for in a matter of minutes. He was even helping me problem solve and brainstorm some ideas pertaining to my hair and how much I would need …so definitely will be back and we purchasing my hair from here going forward❤️
THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE!! Followed me around the entire store and kept trying to hold my stuff when I didn’t need help DO NOT SHOP THEY WILL TRY TO TTY LIKE UR DUMB
I will never shop here again, I was being watched and followed around the whole time I was charged an extra 29 dollars for “chemical product” when it was only edge control that was 12.99. Very rude and unprofessional and talked to me as if I was slow.
