NEVER order from this company online. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They will take your money, never ship your items, and then not respond to inquiries. I reached out numerous times with no response and never received a refund. Don't know how this isn't illegal.
Emailed, called and texted no answer about my order that I placed July 20th. A true scam. Shopify should be ashamed.
DONT BUY FROM THEM. Three months went by and I never got my expensive skin care product, even after emailing them. Had to take the issue to my credit card company. It's criminal.
Michelle is a scammer. I have been messaging with her over Facebook Messenger about my $288 order that was never shipped. She claims she sold Beauty Nook last summer. And yet, I found YouTube videos she made, filmed inside of Beauty Nook, and advertising it , and the products she sells 2 months ago. BEWARE, as I believe she plans on reopening next month.
I placed an order two months ago and never received it . It's incredibly disappointing to place trust in a small business, only to experience such a lack of follow-through. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email, Instagram, phone calls, and messages, I have not received any response. Totally SCAM !!!!!!!!!
