My aunt wanted a pedicure and I immediately said we should go here, I’ve been at least 5 times over the years and always been satisfied. I asked for anc with tips like i usually do and the technician was rushing so fast from the start. I could see half the tips she was using were way too big but she just glued them on my skin anyway. Horrible place , my mother (83) slipped and fell because of the slippers they use Before putting them on , I made them see that both my mom and I came with sandals so there was no need for the flimsy fabric sandals They did not listen After her falling they showed that they didn’t speak or understand English. What arrogance The manager came and also said he doesn’t speak English. There were very courteous young people working very hard. However there were 2 guys and would you believe, I got the downright grumpy one. Even if he had a bad night and did not get sleep there was no cause for his churlish behavior. The other male was a gentleman as he worked on his client in a very patient and professional manner. I would give a totally horrible review, but the others who work there quietly and quickly, being kind to their clients, do not deserve to pay for his churlish, rough and negative behavior.
