The receptionist was kind. The rest of the staff were disrespectful, inconsiderate, and even scoffing my wife to my own mother. One of the other local nail salons were able to show more kindness and common decency to them after leaving.
Loan and her staff are very friendly and polite. The pedicure was fantastic!!
This is the ghetto neighborhood nail salon. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new shop near me. Although the pedicure was good (hot stones & hot towels, good massage) and affordable ($50) I will NOT return. My nails are uneven because she used the wrong tool to cut them down. You can clearly see the spots she missed as well. On top of that only one employee spoke English. The tech doing my pedicure did not say a word to me which made it awkward. I would not recommend.
