I went online to schedule an 11:30 a.m. appointment on a Thursday. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would be an extra 25 minutes before they could get to me. At 12:15pm I walked out because that would have put me being there for around 2 hrs for a set of nails. Considering I'd given my phone number when I scheduled the appointment, I should have been called to be alerted of the new time frame and given a choice instead of wasting my time and being told it was a 25 minute wait when in fact I waited 45 minutes and st... read more

Spent over 3 hours there for a pedicure and fill in, as well as spent $145 total. I got the basics and feel like it was way too much money. Then in less than a week my nails were getting caught on everything, including my hair because they were not filed down enough. I am very disappointed, especially with the amount of money I paid.
