Zero stars. I went just for a quick removal and he stared ripping my natural nails and cutting me. When I asked if they can just drill the acrylic off and do a soak off I was kicked out

People are nice but the nails are not quality. I didn’t get the shape I asked for and they are un even. When I tried to say something about it he just kept saying he would fix it but kept filing it more and more and more. Hand shaped with a buffing block so the nail doesn’t meet my real nail naturally. Acrylic all over my fingers. I also couldn’t get French tip because you could see where the tip was glued to my nail. Normally that’s filed to look natural. Nails were thick and lumpy. Workers were somewhat nice, did a terrible job on my girl, she had shown a picture and had gotten the complete opposite of what she wanted, the dude made her nails round instead of straight and sharp, didn’t even do the exact design just completely white and the nails weren’t even filled in, she had spots that were just not filled in white, the dude also made it his own size that he wanted, smh, lady also coughed on her pedicure session. Not a good experience.
