We had one good haircut for Bailey. After that everytime she was totally shaved. Even when we asked not to, and we would pick her up, and work on tangles. This Winter my 83 year old mother will need to put Bailey in a coat to be outside if you want someone who listens do not take your dog to this groomer.
Very poor service. I’d give zero stars if that were an option. The owner canceled my dog’s appointments, had various excuses as to why, and strung along new appointments for five months! Only to cancel those as well. I don’t think she cared about having my business or not. If your dog needs grooming, go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble because she’s probably not interested in having your business either.
