I started my laser hair and tattoo removal journey with Beauty Med Spa in January 2025. Jess and Gigi have been nothing short of amazing. Jess always takes the time to answer all of my questions and is never rude or abrupt about it. She is transparent and shares all of her knowledge. Gigi always makes me feel comfortable during my sessions. Edit: 1) I never made it past the re-booking process due to rudeness which is why i never came in, however you should know customer service starts during the booking process. 2 ) I asked a valid question about the 'medical' in your medspa name 3) I was lied to and told I booked elsewhere, and removed my review in good faith. 4 ) I was bullied multiple times for leaving this review but it will now stay for everybody to properly assess this mean girl business 5) I will not be bullied again. I recently finished my full body laser hair removal treatment at beautymedspa and I can’t recommend it enough! The results have been incredible my skin is so smooth, and I’ve seen a huge reduction in hair growth. It’s truly life changing and has made my routine so much easier. Read the full contract before signing, especially the “Photo and Video” section. I asked Jessica (a staff member) to reword it to prohibit video recording during sessions, but she refuses to change the wording. We proceeded in spite of me refusing to sign, I saw a slightly patchy area of hair loss, but no significant hair loss.
