There customer service is so bad, I had just bought a flat iron from hair city and needed heat protected, as soon as I walked in the lady started to follow me around and watched my every move. I felt so uncomfortable that I decided to leave. I was then stopped and the lady looked to see if I took anything, I told her "I didn't take any thing" and she asked me "If I was sure".
