Staff helpful...store clean and organized...prices decent not overpriced
Called over the holidays and was told store closes at 3pm becos it was the day before the holiday. Rushed over and got there at 235pm. 2 young African American ladies were 2 of 3 staff in the store and one took me to the wig section while the Asian lady at the register kept reminding her staff they closed soon. I asked to try on one wig and was told I could not as they do not allow customers to try wigs 15 mins to closing time becos they needed time to reconcile the cash register. Bought WAHL DESIGNER CLIPPERS, the following day at work it started to get hot and burned CUSTOMER NECK. ON RECEIPT IT SAYS RETURN WITHIN 5 DAYS WELL IMMEDIATELY IT WENT BACK TO STORE. THEY WOULDN'T EXCHANGE IT I'LL GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I WAS A STEADY CUSTOMER....
