I’m honestly baffled by this experience. I visited Beauty Max expecting a basic, common-sense part of buying a wig—the ability to try it on—and was told that’s not allowed. No exceptions, no flexibility—just a blanket “policy” that, frankly, didn’t feel clearly or professionally communicated. The staff member who relayed this was also dismissive and came across as rude, which only added to the frustration.
