Was booked in for upper lips and brows waxing but ended up being with trainee which i wasn’t aware of and it’s not trainee fault. I asked trainee for senior staff as she was struggling with the job and When senior staff walked in the room she came with rude attitude instead of apologising and communicating. We pay for the service and it’s not for free better so let customers know what’s happening prior instead of throwing them into the bus and customer service was 0. Worst experience ever, staffs are incredibly rude
I went to this salon yesterday for my eye brows and legs waxing. Kelly was so welcoming and polite to deal with. She is such a nice person I have ever come across. Not only her, Becky( Rebecca) who did my waxing.She is such a pro in her work. Lemme tell you all one thing I never did wax my brows I always did with thread and this was my first time to get them waxed and I was so scared but she made me satisfied with her service I can't thank her enough.
