I always have excellent service at this location. Jade G helped me today with an exchange in which I was wrong about a product. I asked for a manager and they confirmed that I was wrong. During the process Jade remained calm and professional even though being wrongly accused. I have worked in customer service and I know that it is sometimes hard to maintain composure under certain circumstances. Jade I hope you are promoted and thank you for your excellent service today.

I’ve been visiting this area for the past 2 years since my move to Douglasville after today encounter with a manger im left with a bad taste in my mouth the interaction I had tonight was very unpleasant and embarrassing I will not be spending my money here or any other beauty masters again
