I purchased a product from Beauty Mart and returned the very next day with my receipt, simply asking for an exchange—not a refund. The product left residue despite the packaging claiming otherwise. Even with proof of purchase and a respectful approach, the owner refused to offer an exchange. When I asked which products actually work and don’t leave residue, she couldn’t give a clear answer.
