Worst hair store in Mabelton! Very nasty and overpriced came in and tried to exchange for something I never used and the man gave me a smart remark saying I couldn’t cus it was unsealed chemical when I never opens it his workers did and then tried to tell me it was used! Definitely won’t be shopping here again

If you are planning to purchase larger sizes or two of the same ponytails at the same time be sure to take additional ponytails (differing sizes) to the register and have them opened so you can compare. They don’t allow exchanges on ponytails (even with receipt) but are clearly putting smaller sizes and/or different curl patterned ponytails in the same packaging. I just recommend checking before purchasing to make sure you’re getting the size you’re paying for.
