I enjoy getting my lashes done by Natalie. She is so sweet, and my lashes last longer than they have in the past from other places I have visited.
Always a delight and does a wonderful job.
Been wanting to try my lashes here, unfortunately my experience came out to be a very bad one. 1. Bad communication (Never answer her phone) 2. Bad service 3. Very unprofessional 4. Lies ( supposed to get hybrid, she put on classic which was already missing strips of lashes when service was done) 🤬 5. Rude (instead of seating me in her waiting area since she was unprofessionally late she immediately told me to sit outside & wait like hello? what’s the purpose of your beautiful waiting area for? Updating my previous review—my last appointment was rescheduled due to a family illness. I had my appointment with Natalie today and it went so well! She was very communicative before and during the appointment, quick yet efficient, and my lashes turned out amazing. She explained each step of the process, and I’m so happy with how everything went and turned out!
