As a previous commenter mentioned, my friend and I were also charged twice for the service. In order to reserve an appointment time, a card for the deposit was requested to be on file. I paid the remaining balance using Cashapp, but was charged again on the card that was on file. My friend and I tried to request a refund, but Shanice declined the request and cut off communication. We had to dispute the charges with our banks in order to receive what we were owed.

I was here visiting from Virginia when I located Nicey on Instagram. Her booking process was easy to navigate and she took me right on time for my appointment. Very efficient and down to earth. My face was gorgeous. When I’m visiting again, I will book with her again.

Niecy gave me more then I expected. My makeup was flawless for my birthday. Was on time for appointment and enjoyed the one on one service.

I was charged twice and it has been a hassle getting my money back. While I understand that mistakes happen, cutting off communication should never happen. Please be careful putting your card on file to book with this merchant. The information can be used again.
